 We are a small Self-catering and B & B business located along the spectacular Moray and Banffshire Coastline which links the Highlands with the North East of Scotland. We own and maintain all the properties ourselves and offer a very personal service to all our guests. We currently offer 5 very different styles of self catering accomodation, plus new for 2010 the spectacular Durn House B&B. All accomodation is of a very high standard.

Famous local landmark, and historic 'smugglers' house on Portsoy Old Harbour front with stunning views out to sea, This large house, shown here with the red entrance doors, is an  impressive 18th century merchant house with a quality interior and can Sleep 6.

'Fishermans Cottage'

This cottage has an enviable position on the sea front at Gardenstown (see arrow), which has it's own safe sandy beach, harbour and stunning scenery. This small village enjoys a peaceful location with it's own harbour and beach just yards from the cottage front door! The location is breathtaking.

  'Knockdurn Cottage'

This spacious cottage in Portsoy caters for the larger party or for guests requiring ground floor sleeping accomodation. Knockdurn can sleep up to 8 guests on two floors, is very comfortable and has a high quality co-ordinated interior. The location is stunning being next to a small stream in a rural location with open views, yet just a 3 minute drive from the sea, the village shops, and all that you need for a visit to the Banffshire Coast. This cosy cottage is ideal for exploring being just off the main A98 coast road which gives access to the local attractions and places of interest.

'The Cosy Neuk'

'The Cosy Neuk is a cosy small Fisherman's cottage close to the famous Bow Fiddle Rock attraction in the popular village of Portknockie. Located close to  Portnockie Cottage, the harbour is nearby as well as the fabulous scenery attributed to this coastline. Ideal touring base in a quiet location. 'Old School Cottage'

Located in picturesque village of Portsoy, this recently refurbished cottage commands a spectacular position overlooking Portsoy Links with pathway down to the beach,  and views over the Moray Firth. Please look at further details by clicking on the School Cottage button.

'Durn House' is an historic country house recently refurbished to a very high standard. Set within it's own grounds, Durn has a variety of guest rooms available, all with elegant and high quality furnishings, antiques, plus TV's and fluffy towels.
