'Knockdurn Cottage' is a spacious 4* Cottage located down a small track road in a rural location yet just three minutes from the picturesque historic harbour and the sea. This cottage is ideal for families, larger parties or for those requiring ground floor sleeping accomodation

Situated by a small stream in a rural setting  this spacious, charming cottage is within easy reach of Portsoy's historic old harbour, coastal walks and village shops.

'Knockdurn  Cottage' can sleep a maximum of 8 guests, on two floors,  and offers spacious accomodation to an exceptional standard. The cottage has a fully equipped, light and airy, kitchen-diner with access to the garden and decked patio with fabulous open views. There is a cosy but spacious lounge with multi-fuel stove for those cosy, chillier  nights, with a quality TV & DVD player for guests use.  There is also a large family bathroom on the ground floor , plus a family room/bedroom 4 with a double sofa bed making it very suitable for guests with limited mobility.

On the first floor there are three very large bedrooms, the master having a private en-suite plus two further spacious twin rooms. In addition to the bedrooms, there is also seating on the landing for quite/ reading time with stunning views over countryside The cottage is supplied with fresh bed linen and towels as well as a complimentary welcome grocery pack.

The cottage provides excellent value for the quality of accomodation provided.The furnishings are of a high standard as expected from Highlandhideaways accommodation.

 'Knockdurn Cottage'  is ideally situated to explore all the Moray/Banffshire Coasts have to offer being located just of the main A98 coast road linking Aberdeen with Inverness. The area includes stunning scenery, fantastic walks, as well as many places of interest.
